As we move towards our 3rd annual Culpeper Pride Festival, there are some very complicated emotions given the fact that the rights and freedoms of so many in our community are currently being thrown into question. With our theme for the year we choose to focus on the progress that has been made, the battles that are currently being won here in the state of Virginia, and what steps we can take to keep the momentum moving forward. There is so much to do, and we have come so far - hold on to the Patterns of Progress.
Queer joy and visibility are acts of resistance to the current climate of fear and we intend to TURN OUT with the same energy we have had the last 2 years. You can register, volunteer or apply for a vendor spot via the website.
